API capabilities:

• Search for subscribers
• Search for services
• Access to help information
• Creating, editing a contract for a subscriber
• Connecting, disconnecting, blocking, unblocking services for a subscriber
• Connection of extensions (service packages) for the subscriber
• Getting details on subscriber / subscriber balances

To get the list of methods and their descriptions and access to the API, you must submit an application to your manager.
